Tracey Drew

Tracey Drew - Town Councillor for Kenilworth Dalehouse, County Councillor for Kenilworth Park Hill

"The Green Party is, for me, the political party which best recognizes the inequality in society and promotes action to tackle it...together."

Originally from a rural, farming background in Oxfordshire, Tracey lived in Coventry for 20 years and then moved to Kenilworth. Having studied English at Reading in the late 80's, she then qualified as a social worker at Warwick University. After 15 years, Tracey 'escaped' the profession to return to her roots. She is now self employed, growing, promoting and selling UK native wildflowers plants.  She also works as a proofreader.

Tracey feels very glad to have had the opportunity to experience, study, work, socialize and generally be active and busy with people of all different backgrounds.

Why the Green Party?

Joining the Green Party was a totally naturally progression for me. Professionally and personally, I've come to believe that the stark inequality which exist within families, society, the country and in the world could be a unifying factor. The Green Party is, for me, the political party which best recognizes this and promotes action to tackle it...together.
